Nov 24 09 -- I pitted for my pal Tim Moss, who won two championships locally this year and decided to go racing at the SUPER NATS... The biggest karting event ever in the US!
We competed in the Tag Masters with a total of 40 racers and many National champions, Mike Daniels - just crowned, Jim Rollison, Seth Ingham all in our tent.
In addtion to these local champions, 7 time world F1 champion, Micheal Schumacher raced in the Super Pro class and many others... Sebastian Beumi, Nelson Piquet Jr, Cart champ Weldon. The list was long. Incredibly fun and a lot o work...
We finished 20th out of 40 the top Tag Masters in the world. We moved up everyday, changed many parts on the cart tuning and got faster every day with our fastest lap in the final on the last day. We made every lap of every practice, heat, quali, and the main... Many could not say this. We beat every contender in the Great NW.
